Refund Policy

1. Deposits
Deposits paid to begin a project are non-refundable, as they cover initial planning, discovery, and scheduling time reserved for your work.
2. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you cancel before any design or development work has started, you may request a refund of any amounts paid beyond the deposit.
3. Cancellation After Work Begins
Once work has started, refunds are calculated based on the portion of the project that has not yet been completed. Completed work and hours already invested are non-refundable.
4. Completed Projects
Once a project has been delivered and approved, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
5. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, email paytonjordan11@gmail.com with your project details. We'll respond within 5 business days.
