1. Services
SiteNest provides website design and development services as described in your chosen package or custom agreement. Project scope, deliverables, and timelines will be confirmed in writing.
2. Payment
Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice. A deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in client response may affect project timelines.
4. Ownership
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables for your project. SiteNest retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
5. Limitation of Liability
SiteNest is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Fees for completed work remain due.
